Successful RCV elections in Bay Area

All eyes were on Oakland, where the field of 15 candidates was quite competitive, but it ended with a commanding win from Libby Schaaf.

Results are still preliminary as absentee ballots continue to arrive and be counted. There is a tight race in Oakland's second district, and an extremely close race in Berkeley's eighth district.
